The service delivers exceptionally person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences, with staff employing lifestyle and communication coordinators to develop residents' ability to engage with activities. Residents are achieving outcomes that exceed their families' expectations, with support enabling them to live meaningful lives characterised by control, choice, and independence. The home prioritises safety, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of the risks residents need help managing. Relatives expressed confidence in the care provided and felt their family members were well protected from abuse and harm.
