Mapledale accommodates up to ten people with learning disabilities and complex needs. At the time of inspection, ten people lived at the home. The service provides planned and coordinated person-centred support designed to help people live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff work to ensure residents can achieve the best possible outcomes and participate fully in their community.
