The home is designed around principles of choice, independence, and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. The service continues to embed these key principles to empower people in their daily lives, fostering an environment where residents have agency in decisions affecting them and their care.

Staff work to support residents in pursuing interests and activities that matter to them while maintaining their dignity and autonomy within the home.
