Greenways Rest Home

Greenways Rest Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service has improved since its last inspection, when it was rated requires improvement due to concerns over risk and medicines management, and is now rated good overall.

Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and knew people well, treating them with dignity and respecting their choices. Medicines were managed safely, staffing levels were sufficient, and people spoke positively about food, activities and support from staff. Some minor decor issues, such as chipped paintwork, were noted, and governance systems were found to be effective in maintaining standards.
