Willowbrook

Willowbrook provides personal and nursing care to up to 77 people living with dementia and those requiring mental health support, operating across two buildings: Aldridge House and Alexander House. At inspection, 75 people were using the service.

The home has systems in place to assess and mitigate risks. While some environmental risks were identified, the provider had developed action plans to address these concerns. Staff demonstrated knowledge of identifying possible signs of abuse and knew how to escalate concerns appropriately. People received their medicines as prescribed, and there were sufficient staff levels to support people safely and respond to their needs.
