About Robert Harvey House
Robert Harvey House provides nursing care for up to 52 people, with 38 residents at the time of inspection. The home regularly reviews how the pandemic affects residents' wellbeing and updates care plans accordingly. When staff identified that one person had lost weight due to restricted visits, they arranged scheduled video calls during mealtimes to improve their dining experience and encourage eating. The home has installed a visiting pod in the garden with a booking system to enable families to see their loved ones safely.
