Step-forward support services

Step-Forward Care Services is a care home providing nursing and personal care for people living with mental health conditions. The service accommodates up to five people in one adapted building, with individual rooms for each person and shared facilities including a kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. There is a main living room and dining area where people socialise together and watch television. At the time of inspection, two people lived at the service.

People were supported by staff to stay safe and were treated with respect and dignity. Staff encouraged residents and promoted their independence and wellbeing.
