People and relatives reported being happy with the leadership and felt able to raise concerns. They described support as individualised, with good involvement in decisions affecting their care. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of residents' needs and safe care practices were observed, including robust medicines management.

The home maintains quality through regular audits and has adequate staffing levels supported by thorough recruitment processes. The registered manager took prompt action to improve notification systems for incidents involving authorised deprivations of liberty.
