Clifton Court Nursing Home

Clifton Court Nursing Home accommodates up to 41 older people, including those living with dementia, sensory impairments and physical disabilities, across 40 bedrooms on two floors. At inspection, 38 people were residing at the home. The service has made significant improvements, with risks to people's health and wellbeing well identified, assessed and managed. Records guide staff on minimising risks and keeping people safe, while medicines are ordered, stored, administered and disposed of safely.

Staff numbers are adequate to maintain safety, and people have access to healthcare services when needed. Residents described staff as kind and considerate in their interactions.
