Willow Tree Lodge

Willow Tree Lodge provides nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia, and is registered for up to 34 people. Following concerns about governance and safety, the CQC carried out an assessment and found no issues, with the home remaining rated good overall.

Inspectors found a consistent, well-trained staff team who knew people well and managed medicines and risks safely. Care was person-centred, staff treated people with kindness and respected their dignity, and residents spoke positively about their care. Some care plans needed more detail, though this was addressed during the assessment, and governance systems were found to be effective.
