Willow Tree Lodge

People and their relatives spoke positively about their experiences. One resident said, "I am happy here. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else," while a family member commented, "I am happy with the care home. They are all friendly and attentive." Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and appropriate reporting of concerns.
