Willersley House

Willersley House provides residential care and accommodation for up to 34 older people across three floors, with communal areas, bathrooms, and en-suite facilities in individual bedrooms. At the time of inspection, 32 residents were living there.

The home has implemented safe visiting processes that enable people to maintain important relationships with family and friends. Visitors receive lateral flow coronavirus tests, temperature checks, and personal protective equipment before entering. The service includes dedicated visiting areas with a booking system to ensure appropriate cleaning between visits, and processes are in place to support visitors at the end of residents' lives. The provider has also made changes to accommodate residents' religious practices, including arranging furniture to maintain safe social distancing during religious observance.
