Priory Care Residential Home

Priory Care Residential Home provides support and accommodation for up to 38 people, some living with dementia, across different units with communal areas, bathrooms and bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning products throughout all areas to reduce infection risk. The provider has invested in maintaining the building, with furniture in good condition and easy to clean. Safe visiting processes are in place, including lateral flow testing, temperature checks and personal protective equipment for visitors. The provider offers PPE training for visiting family and friends to ensure safe use during indoor visits.

People are supported to maintain important relationships with their families and friends through phone calls, video calls and window visits.
