White Ash Brook accommodates up to 53 older people, younger adults, and people with physical disabilities, mental health support needs, and dementia, with 46 residents at the time of inspection. Staff consistently wore appropriate personal protective equipment with PPE stations positioned throughout the home, and used equipment was disposed of safely. All staff had received training on proper PPE application and removal procedures. Enhanced cleaning practices were implemented regularly to maintain the home's cleanliness and minimise cross-infection risks.
