Inspectors found that medicines and health and safety risks were not always managed appropriately, and people's care plans did not always contain necessary information despite needs assessments being undertaken. However, safeguarding practices were established, staff understood reporting responsibilities, and residents confirmed they felt safe. The home maintained good infection prevention control standards and facilitated visitor access.

Accidents were recorded systematically with lessons learned from incidents.
