Westview Lodge Care Home

Westview Lodge provides residential care for up to 74 people, including those requiring rehabilitation following hospitalization or crisis, as well as older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 72 people were using the service.

People and relatives reported being extremely satisfied with the care. They praised staff for excelling at their jobs and consistently going above and beyond, describing small gestures like assisting relatives to attend celebratory meals as routine practice. Some residents noted this level of attentiveness had not occurred at other care homes they had used previously.
