Sheraton Court

Sheraton Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 80 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 77 people were living in the home.

People felt very safe and were complimentary about staff, describing them as "friendly," "approachable" and "caring." One person said, "It is a wonderful place for the likes of me," while a relative praised the care, stating "The way they care for [family member] is the best thing, they are genuinely caring people." Another relative noted, "When I visit, I always feel there are enough staff."

Staff effectively safeguarded people from abuse and managed risks to individuals and the environment well. The home maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs.
