Clifton House Residential Care Home

Clifton House Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 23 residents were living there. Staff and residents interact positively, communicating with ease and familiarity. Staff demonstrate genuine passion for their roles, with one team member reflecting that residents are "at the forefront of our philosophy of care" and treated "with compassion, dignity, and respect."

People feel safe living in the home, where they are well safeguarded from abuse. Environmental risks are actively managed by the registered manager and team.
