One resident commented, "I'm comfortable and safe," while a family member said their relative "is happy here, she says she would recommend it. " Staff effectively safeguarded people from abuse and managed risks to both individuals and the environment well. Adequate staffing levels met people's needs, and the provider demonstrated a commitment to learning from accidents and incidents to prevent future harm.
