Charlotte Grange Care Home accommodates up to 46 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 45 residents were living there. People felt safe and secure, with staff described by residents, relatives, and health professionals as very kind and caring. One resident commented, "I'm comfortable and safe," while a family member said their relative "is happy here, she says she would recommend it." Staff effectively safeguarded people from abuse and managed risks to both individuals and the environment well. Adequate staffing levels met people's needs, and the provider demonstrated a commitment to learning from accidents and incidents to prevent future harm.
