Westoe Grange Care Home

Westoe Grange Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 40 people aged 65 and over in one large adapted building. At the time of inspection, 38 people were living at the home.

The home maintained good infection control practices with sufficient supplies of appropriate PPE stored hygienically and kept safely. Staff had separate designated areas for putting on, removing, and disposing of PPE. They carefully maintained social distancing and wore appropriate PPE in line with current government guidance.
