Dean View Villas

Dean View Villas provides personal care to up to 8 people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with 6 people using the service at the time of inspection. Staff supported people to access the community and make daily living choices, with positive relationships between residents and staff ensuring people were treated with dignity and respect. The service operated with policies and systems that promoted maximum choice and control for residents, supporting them in the least restrictive way possible.

Relatives noted previous issues with staff turnover and changes in management, but confirmed the registered manager was implementing improvements across the service.
