Real Life Options-Bisley Drive provides accommodation and personal care for up to 7 people with a learning disability or autism spectrum condition, offering short-term respite care. At inspection, 4 people were using the service. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with care completely tailored to each individual. A relative commented that staff respect residents' preferences, whether that means going out and about or having private time. Risk assessments identify current risks and ways staff can minimise or manage them appropriately, including positive risk taking. Staffing capacity is sufficient and deployment effective to ensure people's needs are met safely, timeously and consistently, with the service flexible and adapted to people's changing needs and wishes to promote their independence.
