At inspection, 25 people were in residence. Inspectors found that risks to health and wellbeing were not consistently managed safely, and professional guidance was not always followed. Medicine management required improvement in safety procedures. While some people and relatives expressed concerns about staffing levels, the manager immediately addressed risks identified during the inspection. The provider was actively recruiting staff at the time of the visit.
