Westley Court Care Home

Westley Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 33 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 22 people were using the service. The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, finding it remained in breach of one regulation, particularly around managing environmental risks, with parts of the building and some equipment needing repair or replacement.

Inspectors did find improvements since the last inspection, with up-to-date care plans and staff following risk assessments and professional guidance. People using the service said they felt safe and spoke positively about the registered manager, describing recent changes for the better, including improvements to communal areas.
