Westfield House

Westfield House provides residential care to up to 22 people with mental health conditions. The service is located in Rawmarsh, Rotherham, near local facilities and public transport. People using the service report experiencing a good standard of care and feel safe. Staff are respectful and maintain positive relationships with residents. Care is highly tailored to individual needs, with people involved in planning their own care and understanding their care plans.

Residents feel they have control over their support and report adequate staffing levels at all times. One person noted: "There's always someone around, that's never a problem."
