Jubilee Care Home

Jubilee Care Home offers accommodation and personal care for up to 59 people, some living with dementia, with 55 people using the service at the time of the assessment. Nursing care was registered but not in use. The CQC found the service was performing well, prompted by an assessment triggered by prior concerns.

Inspectors found improvements to governance and risk management since the last inspection, with effective systems for identifying and addressing concerns, though some new practices still needed embedding. Staffing levels and recruitment checks were sound, and people told inspectors they felt safe, well cared for and treated with kindness and respect.
