Wesley Place provides support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff kept people safe, worked to reduce restrictive practices, and had the training and numbers needed to meet individual needs. Care plans were detailed and consistently followed.

Inspectors previously found breaches relating to risk management and governance, but at this assessment found these had been resolved. People were treated with kindness and dignity, encouraged towards independence, and supported to pursue their own goals. Families and advocates were involved, and staff reported good morale and support.
