St Anne's Community Services - Creykes Lodge

Creykes Lodge is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to six people. The service supports people with learning disabilities and/or autism, offering person-centred care designed to help residents live meaningful, independent lives with choice and control. Staff provide planned and coordinated support tailored to each individual's needs, enabling residents to achieve the best possible outcomes and participate fully in community life.
