Wellington Hall Care Centre

Wellington Hall Care Centre provides support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC found the home is now rated Good overall, having made improvements since a previous assessment identified breaches around staffing and meeting people's needs. Inspectors found enough skilled staff, well-managed medicines, clean and well-maintained facilities, and thorough investigation of incidents.

People told inspectors they felt safe, involved in planning their care, and treated with kindness and dignity. Staff understood people's communication and health needs, worked well with other agencies, and involved families in best interest decisions where needed. Leaders were visible and supportive, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
