Telford Hall

The Farmstead is a purpose-built care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 66 people, supporting older people, younger adults, people with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Currently, 31 people use the service. The home features three floors, each with its own communal dining and lounge areas with a kitchenette, and a passenger lift provides access throughout.

People living at the home reported feeling safe with staff who support them. Staff have been trained to recognise and report signs of abuse, and there are sufficient numbers to meet residents' needs and maintain their safety. The provider's recruitment procedures help protect people from harm.
