Telford Hall

Telford Hall is a care home providing accommodation and personal care to older people, with 64 people living there at the time of the CQC's assessment. The visit followed a safeguarding concern, and inspectors focused on whether learning from this had been embedded. They found appropriate action had been taken and the home rated Good overall.

People and relatives spoke positively about staff and the quality of care. Inspectors found people were kept safe, staff were recruited and trained properly, and the home was clean and well maintained. Leaders had a strong learning culture, with effective audits used to identify and address any shortfalls.
