The home is housed in an adapted two-storey building with communal lounges and dining rooms on each floor, a large enclosed garden, and an orangery nearing completion.

The home manages risks appropriately, with accident and incident forms investigated by management and lessons shared with staff. Staff are recruited safely and receive regular training, including safeguarding training.
