People and relatives spoke positively about kind, attentive staff who knew individuals well and protected their dignity and independence. Medicines and staffing were safely managed, and people felt confident raising concerns. Some felt the older parts of the building could benefit from redecoration, though the home was generally found clean and well maintained.
