South Lodge Care Home

South Lodge Care Home provides residential personal care to up to 106 people, including older adults living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 75 people were using the service.

People and their relatives felt safe at the home and were confident in staff's safeguarding knowledge and procedures. Adequate staffing levels supported safety, and staff effectively managed identified risks in people's lives. Trained staff administered medicines safely, and the premises were clean, well maintained, and assessed for environmental hazards with appropriate infection control measures in place.
