Weald Heights

Weald Heights is a residential care home providing personal care to people living with dementia and age-related frailties. The CQC found the service performing exceptionally well overall, rated Outstanding, with a highly motivated, dedicated staff team and outstanding leadership placing people’s needs and choices at the centre of care.

Inspectors found exceptionally caring, compassionate support, with staff building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring activities to individual abilities. Dementia care was a particular strength, delivered with patience and skill. Robust quality assurance and strong links with health partners underpinned continuous improvement across the home.
