Weald Heights

Weald Heights is a purpose-built care home providing personal and nursing care to 68 people aged 65 and over across three accessible floors. The service offers specialist dementia care on one floor and features a coffee shop, hair salon, cinema and library. It can accommodate up to 80 residents.

Staff were safely recruited and trained, providing care that kept people safe and well. Residents received attentive support from staff who knew them thoroughly. Feedback from residents, relatives and staff was consistently positive with no concerns identified during inspection. When asked about the quality of care, staff expressed strong confidence in the service, with one team member stating they would definitely place their own relative there.
