Nesbit House Care Home

Nesbit House provides nursing and personal care for up to 60 people across three floors, with one floor dedicated to those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 26 people were living there, with needs varying from dementia care to those requiring nursing support in bed.

People felt safe in the service. One resident said, "I feel very safe because things are well organised here." Relatives universally expressed confidence in their loved ones' safety, with one noting their relative was "undoubtably safe there" and praising the home's handling of COVID procedures. Staff completed up-to-date safeguarding training, and people received safe care and treatment.
