Waterside Care Home

Waterside Care Home accommodates 60 people across three separate units in one adapted building. One unit provides intermediate care for up to 12 people following hospital discharge who are preparing to return home. The home has a manager in post who had submitted their registration application to CQC at the time of inspection.

People at the home felt safe and were supported by staff who understood the risks to residents and their responsibility to report concerns. Staff demonstrated awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and commitment to maintaining residents' wellbeing and security.
