Ryland View Care Home

Ryland View provides personal and nursing care across five separate units accommodating up to 144 people. Manby unit offers short-term step-down support, Palethorpe supports younger adults with physical disabilities, Heronville and Bloomfield provide dementia care, and Haines unit serves people requiring general nursing care. At inspection, the service supported 127 people across these units.

Inspectors found that staffing levels were not always sufficient to meet people's needs in a timely manner. While staff addressed core care requirements, support was largely task-focused, with limited quality time or meaningful interaction between staff and residents.
