Staff demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, and people were safeguarded from avoidable harm. There were sufficient staff to provide responsive and unhurried care. Medicines were managed safely overall, though management and storage of topical creams required improvement.

People received an assessment when joining the service to support development of their care plan.
