Waterside Care Centre

Waterside Care Centre provides nursing and personal care for up to 47 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 37 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, and people were safeguarded from avoidable harm. There were sufficient staff to provide responsive and unhurried care. Medicines were managed safely overall, though management and storage of topical creams required improvement. People received an assessment when joining the service to support development of their care plan.
