Windsor Court Care Home

Windsor Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 51 people, including older adults, younger adults, people with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The purpose-built home has three floors and cared for 30 people at the time of inspection.

Staff understood how to keep people safe, with safeguarding procedures in place and training to protect people from abuse. People's needs had been assessed with care plans and risk assessments to support safe care. Environmental risks were assessed and effective audit systems monitored safety. Medicines management systems were in place to protect people's wellbeing.
