This residential care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 97 older people, with specialist support for those living with dementia. The service operates across three separate buildings: Davenham for residential care, Bradbury Court for people with dementia, and Perrins House for nursing care. At inspection, 53 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that environmental risks had been identified and assessed since the previous inspection. However, systems for managing people's care and risks required further development and stronger embedding into staff practice. The registered managers acknowledged that governance systems needed strengthening to ensure consistent implementation across the home.
