Ablegrange Severn Heights Limited

Ablegrange Severn Heights provides personal and nursing care to up to 48 people, primarily older adults living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 16 people were using the service.

While some improvements from the previous inspection had been implemented, significant concerns remained. Medicines were not always managed and administered safely or as prescribed, and environmental risks had not been adequately identified and addressed to ensure people's safety. The provider's systems for auditing and overseeing service quality and safety needed further development to effectively monitor standards.

Staff recruitment processes were safe and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs. Staff demonstrated understanding of their responsibilities in supporting residents.
