Waterloo House Care Home Limited

Waterloo House is a four-storey care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 24 people; it was supporting 22 residents at the time of inspection. The service had established processes to support safe visiting, including advance booking of a designated room with a Perspex screen. Visitors completed health questionnaires, took lateral flow tests and had their temperature checked. Personal protective equipment including face masks, gloves and aprons were provided for all visitors.

The home had identified a designated area for staff to change into uniform and manage their personal protective equipment appropriately. These practices demonstrated the service's commitment to maintaining safety measures for residents and visitors.
