The service appeared well maintained, with residents expressing satisfaction with its upkeep.

The home had established protocols to prevent COVID-19 transmission, requiring visitors to provide proof of negative lateral flow tests and vaccination status. Staff had access to separate clothing to change into during their shifts, which was laundered on-site to further reduce disease spread between the community and the service.
