Salvete Care Home

Salvete is a residential care home providing care for up to 40 elderly people, some of whom may be living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 26 people were using the service.

The home implemented robust infection control measures to protect residents and staff. All visitors had their temperature taken, completed health questionnaires, and wore full personal protective equipment including face visors. Staff provided care using barrier nursing practices, supporting both COVID-19 positive and negative residents while wearing full PPE to prevent infection transmission between staff and residents.
