Bedford Charter House

Bedford Charter House is a residential care home supporting 53 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 72 residents. The service operates across three separate floors, each with adapted facilities, including a specialist floor for people living with dementia. Residents have their own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to shared communal spaces including dining rooms, lounge areas and a large garden.

People and their relatives report being happy with the care and support provided. One relative commented: "[Staff] are so lovely and treat [family member] so well. My family member is so happy living at the service and if they are happy then we are happy."
