Waterfall House

Waterfall House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 18 people with mental health needs. At inspection, 11 people were living at the home. Residents reported feeling happy and safe, with many having lived there for several years and viewing it as their home. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control in their lives.

Daytime staffing levels were appropriate and met people's needs safely. However, only one member of staff was allocated to work at night, which raised specific concerns about fire safety and evacuation procedures. These concerns were highlighted to the registered manager and provider during the inspection.
