Friern Residential Care Home

Friern Residential Care Home accommodates up to 18 older adults with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, all 18 places were occupied. The home works closely with healthcare services and other agencies to support effective outcomes for residents.

Care plans are regularly reviewed with residents' involvement and input. The service assesses risks to safety and wellbeing, and people are involved in decisions about their care. Staff have completed safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities for identifying and reporting concerns.
