Minchenden Lodge

Inspectors found staff monitored people's health well and worked effectively with outside professionals when needs changed. Relatives described managers as approachable and staff as attentive and kind, saying they felt reassured by the level of supervision and communication. People appeared settled, engaged and treated with dignity throughout the assessment.
