Roland Residential Care Home provides accommodation and care to seven people with mental health needs. People have access to healthcare services and are involved in decisions about their care, with partnerships with other agencies and health professionals enabling effective outcomes. Staff support people to take medicines safely and regularly assess and review risks to minimise harm and prevent infection. All staff have completed safeguarding training and understand their role in identifying and reporting concerns of potential abuse or poor practice, with systems in place to track incidents and allegations.

Both people and staff praised the managers as approachable, knowledgeable and fair. The staff team works well together and is committed to providing a high-quality service, with strong support for the registered manager.
