Fairford Court

Fairford Court provides accommodation and care for autistic people in a purpose-built residential setting located alongside sister services run by the same provider. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control of their lives. However, inspectors identified concerns with management systems. While an interim manager had provided good leadership during recent staff transitions, the new manager had yet to establish and embed effective systems across the service.
