Warren Park Nursing Home

Warren Park Care Home is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 40 people. At the time of inspection, 38 people were receiving care.

The home maintained safe visiting arrangements that included COVID-19 lateral flow testing, temperature checks, and personal protective equipment for all visitors. Staff supported residents and relatives to understand isolation procedures and helped alleviate loneliness during COVID-19 outbreaks through regular phone calls and other contact measures. The service demonstrated a commitment to enabling visitors while managing infection control protocols.
