Warmere Court

Warmere Court is a residential care home run by Shaw Healthcare Limited, providing nursing and personal care for up to 40 people, including those living with dementia or frailty due to old age. At the time of assessment, 34 people were living there. The CQC rated the home Good overall, having previously found breaches relating to safe care and governance, both of which had since been resolved.

Inspectors found people were kept safe, with robust safeguarding systems, safe staffing levels, and properly managed medicines. The home was clean, well-maintained, and people felt listened to when raising concerns. Well-led practice still required improvement, though overall culture and care delivery had strengthened considerably since the last inspection.
